5 Stars One of the most experienced coach mentors gives us all her wisdom in one place
This book is an extremely clear and detailed description of what it takes to build a successful business. As a coach trainer, I have recommended this book to many new coaches and used many principles to build my coaching practice. Milana is a leader in the coaching industry in providing quality products that support coaches. All coaches need to have this book!!

5 Stars Love it!
This year one of my business goals was to kick off a coaching program for my business. Coaching seemed to be such a big mystery. I had no idea where to begin or how to get started on the right track.

Imagine my surprise when I heard an interview with Milana Leshinsky online. It was just the direction that I needed, but I needed more information. I looked up her book and found it here. It is EXACTLY what I needed.

In Coaching Millions, Milana covers everything that we need to be a successful coach. It is truly the GO-TO resource. I am so thankful that I found it to help me reach for my goals. Just look at all it covers:

How to get started so you can be a success

How to pick your coaching model

How to price coaching services

How to build a market presence

How to develop passive coaching income

Plus, all throughout the book, Milana shares secrets to success in business and coaching.

When I purchased the book, I was looking for help setting up my coaching business. I found SO MUCH MORE! This book is the most important resource that I have found this year for my business. Excellent resource!

5 Stars Great Business Building Book For Coaches
Milana has become a true authority on the subject of the “business” of coaching. This book provides an overview of just about every way coaches can have the kind of incomes they dream of. I’ve read it and used it as a reference several times. As the author of The High Diving Board: How to Overcome Your Fears and Live Your Dreams, and a coach who is devoted to helping coaches and other professionals develop their businesses, I was pleased that Milana put so much of what she knows out there for us all to share. If you’re growing your business as a coach, you NEED to read this book.

3 Stars Coaching Millions
This is a very helpful and insightful read. It contains some very useful information for new coaches who are developing their businesses. However, I must be terribly honest. While the content is awesome, it is very apparent that Milana is not a good writer, and it does seem somewhat “rushed.” You will encounter very poor editing quality in general. This is constant throughout and can get on your nerves because it is distracting.

However, based upon the actual content presented, I would recommend purchasing this book for the learning opportunity for coaches new to the industry.

And she does go on quite a bit about herself in this book, but I believe this is done so that she can develop rapport with the reader. She wants them to feel that she can relate to what they’re experiencing.

5 Stars Must read for anyone pursuing a coaching career.
I found myself reading the great novel of the century! How can that be for a how to book? Every page was engaging and filled with so much helpful advice for a real novice like me. The pointers and the resources throughout the book have made is so dog-eared that I may have to purchase another copy, since will surely lose pages from my worn and torn edition.

5 Stars For ProBloggers and Beginners Alike
At first, I was slightly put-off by the title, as I am not really interested in blogging as a source of income. However, after reading it, I have to say that it’s also a very practical guide to everyday blogging.

It covered each of its topics in-depth. The book didn’t just tell me what to do, but how to do it, and where additional resources are located. For example, the “20 Types of Blog Posts” section gave me a TON of great ideas.

The authors also weighed both the pros and cons of implementing each specific piece of advice, which made making choices about how to implement my blog much easier.

Personally, I didn’t like the section on buying & selling blogs. Instead, I would have preferred extended conversations on blog promotion, creating something worthwhile, and social media. (A follow on book idea?)

In summary, the opinionated authors gave plenty of specific advice. This book is literally *packed* with wisdom!

5 Stars I am taking off my hat
Although, I am a newbie in blogging, I am not in much other aspects of internet business life, so, I can easily spot a books written just to sell their own stuff, or written by author who is not a specialist in his own area.

This is book is perfect in all senses, I can not comment it from a point of view of experienced blogger, I do that for books related to PPC, SE, or SEO, but what can I say here, that book is from extremely talented writers, who invested a great time to write it - guess why? Because it’s short and concentrated, and as Mark Twain said - I would make it shorter, if would have a time.

I would buy this book solely only for 20 different blog post types, or idea for series of posts. It sparked my imagination immediately, and I will have topics for write now for long time.

Book is great, and even if you - like me are not interested to make money in blog but make it as your passion for topic - hey, after all - if those suggestions can lead to bucks coming - they undoubtedly will earn you anything else you need, of no money - recognition, friends, - traffic after all.

And it shortens a learning curve dramatically, some of tools mentioned in book was new for me also.

5 Stars The best place to start in Internet Business and Blogging
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RKJHJVYB52IOH If you think you’d like to create an online presence through blogging to achieve any number of goals, this is the best place to start.

4 Stars Solid advice on all aspects of blogging
This book covers just about every pertinent topic there is on blogging. It has information for the beginner on what defines a blog, the best tools to use to start, and how to pick a topic. It also covers more advanced issues like marketing, relationship building, monitoring traffic to your site, and why you might want to customize your blog.

The book is well structured and easy to read. The authors cover a broad range of information that make it useful for a hobby blogger as well as a professional.

4 Stars One of the best on the market
I am new to blogging and there is so much rubbish on the internet about how to make money from blogging and how to drive traffic to your site etc…..Some of the people giving advice on Youtube look rather suspect. I have only managed to find a handful of books on blogging and none really go into detail about how to make money from blogging. I have read ‘The rough guide to blogging’, ‘Blogging for dummies’ and ‘Start your own blogging business’. I have found ‘Problogger’ to be the most professional and detailed of all the books I have read.

*I have no affiliation to ‘problogger’ but this book and Darren’s website are packed with information and advice for new and experienced bloggers.*

I think Darren and Chris have written a book which is suitable for complete beginners who want to know more about the world of blogging and ways to monetize their blog.

I won’t give too much away but the contents are:

1. Blogging for money

2. Niche Blogging

3. Setting up your blog

4. Blog writing

5. Blog income and earning strategies

6. Buying and selling blogs

7. Blog networks

8. Blog promotion and marketing

9. Secrets of successful blogs

10.Creating something worthwhile

There is an introduction where Darren presents his blogging story and experience.

Chapter 3 is great if you want to set up a self-hosted ‘wordpress’ account and purchase your own domain name and self host it. But if you want to set up a free hosted ‘wordpress’ or ‘blogger.com’ account and learn how to use them and customize them, Problogger does not cover that.

Chapters 2 and 5 are the most important chapters if you want to learn how to make money from blogging as they introduce you to niche blogging and provide you with some examples of niche blogs. More importantly they also show you ways to monetize your blog with adverts.

Chapter 9 is quite short but it contains examples of successful blogs and includes lessons from niche bloggers.

One thing I wanted to add is that Darren and Chris stress that it can be hard to make a full time income from blogging, there is a lot of trial and error that goes into building a successful blog.

Anyone buying this book should not be fooled into thinking they can make a 6 figure income in a short space of time.

Of course there are bloggers who are making a lot of money but they are a lucky hardworking few.

I have found it a little overwhelming starting a blog as I am not tech savvy. However I think this is a good time to start a blog in these tough depressing economic times, as blogs can be a fun hobby and they can provide you with an extra income.

My blog life-post.blogspot is brand new and is a personal development blog which I am trying to monetize early on and I am getting lots of valuable advice from Problogger.

I think there is room for more books like this which are written by successful bloggers who can show you examples of their mistakes and eventual success.

This book is the best on the market.

4 Stars This Is No Ordinary Book On Make Money!
* When I first read this book, I was totally amazed on how much mistakes that I have done concerning my job.

* You will look on more different ways to stay ahead and be control for your financial income.

* I have more fun in life now as I manage to change my thinking of making money, thanks to the tips given in this book.

5 Stars Wonderful
I don’t own a business but the tips in here are “life tips” not necessarily “money” tips. A great book with some wonderful “life” advise.

3 Stars Essays and reflections on the process of making money
I bought my copy in an used bookshop in Surfers Paradise, Australia.. decided to take back home because of the honest, down to earth advice that some pages exhibit.

I have forund it to be valuable as frequent reading, one chapter at a time and in a random order.. its my opinion the book will be much more valuable if you have already started your process of committment to making money. By that, I mean your inner process, its the part of thinking that creates the path to action (that you must take).

Do it frequently, there is seldom time to talk to a friend who can advice you like this book.

3 Stars Mediocre
I don’t think I finished reading this book. It seemed like the same ol’ same ol’ chicken soup stuff. I found nothing new in the half of it that I read.

5 Stars Create abundance with this book!
Let’s not kid ourselves: there are perhaps thousands of books dedicated to motivating people, getting them closer to success, and so on. I have read a dozen or so of those books, but this one clearly stands out in my mind.

This book is separated into 100 easy-to-read chapters, which makes it much easier to manage the messages therein. Simply read at your own pace, digest, and implement. The honest and humorous writing makes it actually fun to read and look forward to future chapters.

Basically, this book tells you how to create abundance, whether through savings, change of perception, acquisition of friends, or other methods. The message is overwhelmingly positive and downright inspirational, as it should be. After reading the book, you will be inspired to take action and reach your goals as a happier, more fulfilled person.

I highly recommend this book!

1 Star Other Books Are Much More Helpful
My recommendation — don’t buy this book. There are much better credit card debt reduction books out there.

First, some of what the author says is simply incorrect. For example, he claims that the “real” interest you pay is many times greater than the stated APR (for example, 12.9% is really 116%). He gets the higher rates by dividing the amount of interest in the minimum payment by the amount of your payment that goes to reduce your balance. An example from the book: You owe $5,000, your minimum monthly payment is $100, your interest/finance charge is $53.75, and $100-$53.75=$46.26 goes to reduce your balance. So the author claims you really paid $53.75/$46.26=116% in interest, ignoring the fact that the $53.75 was calculated on your outstanding balance of $5,000! If it were as the author suggests, then you could reduce your interest rate by simply paying more than the minimum. (Pay $200 in the example above, and the rate drops from 116% to 37%!) Paying more than the minimum will, of course, reduce the dollar amount of interest you pay over time, but it doesn’t change the rate which is based on what you owe — not what you pay.

Second, the author’s advice is incomplete. He favors using a bank loan to pay off credit card debt and gives little information about techniques such as balance transfers. I agree that a bank loan has some merit, but it has one major downside: You are trading unsecured debt for secured debt — probably your house! (What else do you have to offer as collateral for a loan of any size?) If you default on credit card debt, bill collectors come after you. Not fun, but a lot better than having your house foreclosed on!

Finally, the book is tedious to read. The author takes way too long to make each point. Part of the problem is that he seems to be on a personal crusade against credit card debt. I agree whole-heartedly that credit card debt is a form of bondage and that the lenders are out to get as much as they can from you. However, from the title, one expects this to be a “how to” book, not a running editorial on the evils of the credit industry. Say it once, then get on with telling me “how to” — that’s what I bought the book for!
